React Native developer

Fastboss company is looking for a React and React Native Middle-Level candidate.

We are hiring on a part time basis  remotely, so it is suitable for you even if you are already employed and think you have at least 3 hours a day for this position.

Type of employment: Part-time, Second job

Employment period: 3 months, with possibilities for extension.

Programming languages: React and React Native

 React Native is a popular framework for building native mobile apps using JavaScript and React. A middle developer job using React Native would involve building and maintaining mobile apps for both iOS and Android using this framework.

 What will your work consist of?

You will work on the Fastboss app, a cross-platform web and mobile-positioned assistant that helps users accomplish business documents by voice. Further work will be done on reworking the mobile app on IOS and Android for the 3rd release, and work on implementing Artificial Intelligence to train and develop the assistant to create intelligent conversational dialogues.

In this role, the developer would be responsible for implementing new features and functionality for existing React Native mobile apps, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting any issues that arise. They would work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality Fastboss mobile app. More exactly:

• You will work with existing code to determine existing or emerging shortcomings to be removed.
• You will build new functionality.
• You will provide functional maintenance of the mobile app and desktop plication.
• You will work with the product manager, backend developer,QA and CTO.
• You will attend 2 meetings of 25 min per week.
• You will participate in brainstorming to identify improvement ideas.
• We need you to actively participate in product architecture, development, and deployment. You will face the latest technology, trends and processes as Microservices, DevOps and Cloud-native.

 Requirements for qualifications:

React / React native – developer – Strong JS experience. – Strong knowledge of React js. – Node JS server-side scripting and deployment – CSS + HTML, Redax, React hooks, Gitflow (mandatory), Typescript. Clean and aligned markup creation skill is a must. – Knowledge of React Native would be an advantage. – Experience building and working with CI/CD,

 Experience requirements

• Experience with React Native and JavaScript at least 1,5 years
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and user interface design
• Knowledge of mobile app development for both iOS and Android
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience

Additional requirements (nice to have):

• Knowledge in designing microservices
• Experience in developing software using deployment in containers
• Knowledge in Domain-Driven Design / Test-driven development
